Dear MTN School family,
Let's plan to beat the heat on Monday, 8/5 at Glenwood Hot and Cold Springs.
Please bring pool passes if you have them!
Swimsuits/Goggles/Towels
We will leave TRCS at 8:15 to be on time for a lifeguard safety talk.
Homework: look up and tell the benefits of cold plunges for health.
Potential to repeat this trip on Tuesday, 8/6 TBD.
