Dear MTN School Family,

We've entered a new era in the after-school world and that revolves around two talented, compassionate, dependable young Teachers and a few more who are up and coming! Please join me in thanking and congratulating Mary Guillory and Breezie Davis!

Mary has been in her position as Lead Teacher coming up on 3 years now and Breezie has been holding down the Lead Teacher role at Sopris Elementary admirably since Spring of last year. Families regularly stop me to share news of their student's love and trust for these two creative, energetic Teachers.

Beginning this year, we've set Mary and Breezie up as Managers of their respective schools. This means their income is connected to their retention, performance and engagement with students and families. They are running their own businesses and classes within the Mountain School. They make decisions and share their unique voices and perspectives.

We are proud to call them teammates and valued members in the educational landscape of our community.

We are also excited to share that our Team is growing! Dante Quintana and Vanessa Toribio are quickly becoming integral parts of the TRCS Team! Please join me in welcoming and encouraging them!
