Spring Break Full Day Events

The Mountain School is offering full day coverage on March 18th, March 21st, and 22nd from 8am-5pm! Our team over at The Mountain School has decided to offer full day coverage for families on these dates during Spring Break!

Event Date & Time: March 18th, 8am - 5pm

Pick Up & Drop Off Location: Sopris Elementary School Visitor Parking Lot

Activity: Lorax Trail Adventure

• Lorax Trail is located in Carbondale, CO

• Students will actively take on leadership and navigation roles

• Learn about different rocks, soil, sediment, and plant life in a high desert environment

• Observe different types of trees and foliage.

Price: $65 per child

Pick Up & Drop Off Location: Sopris Elementary School Visitor Parking Lot

Activity: Hiking Day around Glenwood Springs

• We will be exploring Glenwood, walking to different parks, and learning some history along the way.

• Students will be encouraged to participate in group roles such as leader and navigator.

• Students will participate in historic and scientific discussion about the roaring fork river, the colorado river, and the city of Glenwood.

Price: $65 per child
