TRCS After-School Schedule 1/10/23 to 1/27/23

Tuesday, 1/10- "When you Trap a Tiger" read aloud and step-by-step Tiger sketches

Wednesday, 1/11- Yurt Trip, sledding, wood panel art project

Thursday, 1/12- Snowman competition (Graded on storytelling, teamwork, magnitude, and attention to detail)

Friday, 1/13- Gym day (whiffle or tee ball with choice to hit bigger, soft balls ;) 1,000 points for any infield or outfield catches :))

Monday, 1/16- No School! Martin Luther King Day

Tuesday, 1/17- Martin Luther King talk and quick write. Snowball accuracy test. Bring gloves!

Wednesday, 1/18- Yurt Trip- Bring your own book, "When you Trap a Tiger" read aloud. Sledding. Gravitrax build (engineering/STEM kit)

Thursday, 1/19- Igloo/Snow fort build- form blocks with small totes, cut with avalanche shovel, work with focus. Note: will ensure there is enough snow in town or plan for higher elevation.

Friday, 1/20- Gym day- multi-step obstacle course run as individuals and as teams.

Monday, 1/23- "When you Trap a Tiger" read aloud and step-by-step sketching

Tuesday, 1/24- Show and Tell- be prepared!

Wednesday, 1/25- GSES Gym day- whoop up on GSES kids :)

Thursday, 1/26- Scavenger Hunt- Clues and Puzzle Pieces hidden around TRCS grounds

Friday, 1/27- Scavenger Hunt part 2- Clues and Puzzle Pieces hidden around TRCS grounds
