Christmas Trees for Kids! (Monday, 12/22)

Teachers will gather permits and take our Team into the high country to find and cut small Christmas Trees.  Each kid can cut a tree no taller than they are to bring home and decorate.  We will also provide great hot chocolate and substantial snacks.
 
Pickup and Dropoff:  8:30 to 9AM and 4:30 to 5:15 PM at TRCS- 195 Center Drive
 
What to bring:  Abundance of snow clothing, gloves, hat, extra gloves, thermos for hot drinks, snow boots.
 
As we get closer to our date, we will choose our site (either Buford Road or 4-Mile Park) depending on weather and conditions.  
 
(Please note:  Mr. Ben was ISA Certified Arborist RM7405A in a past life.  We will share lots of information about the trees we find and about the Subalpine Forest in general.)
 
(Please note:  We can manage expectations per each family's request.  If you would prefer not to bring a small tree home, just let us know ahead of time.)
