Grand Canyon Teambuilding Adventure!

We're gonna go big to start our Summer 2025!  This trip will be ideal for older, trailhound kids, and returning MTN School students.
 
June 2-5, 2025.  Early departure on Monday AM, later return on Thursday night.
 
Logisitics:  13 kids (2 reduced rates/1 Scholarship), 8-9 hours driving in Sprinter Van to Mather Campground Group sites on the South Rim, 4 days/3 nights.  Facilities are excellent, with showers, easy access to food, security and safety personnel... it's easy to find a theme park aspect, but we will be sure to be immerse ourselves in Nature and revisit the quiet places.  
 
Lead Teacher:  Ben Canady-  I led a group of 50 Middle Schoolers and chaperones at this location with TRCS in 2017 and have visited both the North and South Rims a dozen times.
 
Trip objective:  Leadership and Teambuilding theme to build up the Summer Team.  Geology and Biology lessons.  Presentations from NPS Rangers.  First Peoples lessons and presentations from BLM Representatives.

Notes:
 
MTN School typical day camp will be available all Summer.
Please expect a range of experiences for 2025, some further afield.
Kids as young as 8 will be considered after discussion and expectations are set.
Option to add a Parent Chaperone after discussion.
