Rifle Arch Trip! Thursday, 10/8 (TRCS only)

🦎Join us for a field trip to the Rifle Arch! Your campers will spend the day learning all about the geology and botany of the desert ecosystem while hiking out on one of the most iconic trails in the area- Rifle Arch. It is an easy, scenic, 3mi round trip hike, accessible to all skill levels. Haley will be sure to take many stops and talk about all the plants along the way, and share a geology lesson when we arrive at the base of the arch!

📍at Two Rivers Community School (195 Center Drive)

*If it is a cold morning, we will meet in the gym. This is best accessed by the double doors in the back right corner behind the playground. I will prop them open. If it's warmer we'll be on the playground. We will then drive to Rifle.

🎒What to bring: thinking caps, layers and clothes ready to get dirty outside, lunch and snacks.

📜Specific details will be sent out to all enrolled families a week prior to this date. If we do not have at least 8 campers signed up by then, we may have to cancel.
