Summer week 1- TRCS only!!

Less a Summer Camp description and more a CELEBRATION here:  
 
We just noticed TRCS is out early for Summer!  I started my Teacher journey year 1 at TRCS in 2014 and learned so much about Field Studies and Place-Based Learning (PBL).  I am forever grateful and will always strive to share my best energy with students and new Teachers.
 
Summer Week 1 will consist of Classic TRCS PBL plans and field studies as follows:
 
Monday, June 1-  "Birds of a Feather"- an in-depth and ongoing study of the Corvid family of birds
Tuesday, June 2- "Raptor Force"- falconry demonstration, origami Eagles, Birds of Prey games
Wednesday, June 3-  TRCS Give Back Day-  focus on grounds maintenance based on pre-coordination and careful organization of volunteers.  Pre-approved Parent help is encouraged.
Thursday, June 4- "Leaders of their own Learning"- student choice based on pre-writing and prompts.
Friday, June 5- "Good Luck Smoothie Company" of the Century plus Paletas con chilé, totopos.  The goal here is to have a great celebration and to earn another great donation for TRCS from the Good Luck Smoothie Company.
 
Pricing:  Reduced pricing is available, and we are sharing the week at half cost.
 
Hours:  Full-Day, Licensed, Insured Childcare from The MTN School's experienced Teacher Team 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM. Dropoff Window is 8:30 to 9AM and Pickup window is 4:30 to 5:15 PM.
