TRCS/GSES and SES-After-School: 10/16-12/20 (Full week coverage)

Full-time after-school coverage in the MTN School after-school program  from 10/16-12/20.  Includes all days school is in session based on the RFSD Calendar
 
PLEASE NOTE:  THIS FULL WEEK PLAN APPLIES TO ALL SCHOOLS BUT WITH CONDITIONS: 
 
1) Sopris Elementary will increase capacity slightly from 12-15 students to 17-18 students.
2) TRCS has been very full on Wednesdays and Shane and Breezie will cap the number in the mid-twenties on that day.
3) Please register early to ensure enrollment and understand we are doing the best job for the right number of students based on staffing and school needs.
4) We encourage this full-week plan for the best value and for consistency during the Winter months for our students.  This plan includes all 41 days on the RFSD calendar between  10/16 and 12/20 at a rate of $16/day including Wednesdays.

-3:30 to 5:15 PM.  (Please note Shane has arranged later pickup times at TRCS.  Please make your plans clear to him.
 
-Early pickup and late pickups highly discouraged.  Please understand our programming is intended to be engaging for the duration and we cannot accommodate early pickup requests when we are working with a large group of students.
 
Wednesdays from 2:00 to 5:15 PM.
