TRCS February After-School program

📆Schedule:
Monday through Friday, February 2-27, (excluding school day out on 2/16)
M,Tu,Th,F: 3:30 to 5:15 PM; Wednesdays: 2:00 to 5:15 PM for "early release" days

❄️Theme:
For the month of February at The TRCS Mountain School, we’re going to continue learning a bit more about our local wildlife, as well as all about Snow Science!
Program highlights:
🧊experiments on slope angle, snow type, ice density, and more
🧊engineering slingshots, "snowmobiles", and skiers
🧊learning about avalanche safety
🧊snow and bird crafts
 
💲Price:
$40 for Wednesdays; $20 for M,Tu,Th,F
Please note this $460 item is for the entire month of after school (16 M,Tu,Th,F & 4 Wed). If you are not planning on enrolling your camper(s) for every single day, please email the list of your dates to Haley at haleymtnschool@gmail.com so that I can send you an invoice for the appropriate amount, and make an accurate roster.

🎒What to bring:
layers (waterproof on muddy or snowy days)
a thick jacket, and on especially cold days, gloves, hat, and snowpants
extra snack
water bottle on days we leave the school
*many kids haven't been coming with snacks, or the appropriate clothing to stay outside on a cold day. It's not always snowy, but it is often pretty chilly and we don't always have access to the gym inside*
 
As always, we prioritize safe and consistent care with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:15. With my second counselor Finn, we can take up to 30 students!
