TRCS March After-School program

📆Schedule:
Monday through Friday, March 3-25, (excluding school days out on 3/2,3/26,3/27,3/30,3/31)
M,Tu,Th,F: 3:30 to 5:15 PM; Wednesdays: 2:00 to 5:15 PM for "early release" days

*please note that on Wednesday, 3/4, we will be traveling to Glenwood Springs Elementary*

🌱Theme: Plants & Seeds
For the month of March at The TRCS Mountain School, we’re going to learn all about plants, and grow our own seeds!!
Program highlights:

🌿team building to keep our community close
 
💲Price:
$40 for Wednesdays; $20 for M,Tu,Th,F
Please note this $420 item is for the entire month of after school (13 M,Tu,Th,F & 4 Wed). If you are not planning on enrolling your camper(s) for every single day, please email the list of your dates to Haley at haleymtnschool@gmail.com so that I can send you an invoice for the appropriate amount, and make an accurate roster.

❌Cancellation Policy:
I will apply the cost of the missed day as a credit towards the next month's invoice if you let me know that they won't attend before 11am day-of for sickness, and before 8am the day before for any other reason.
 
🎒What to bring:
layers (waterproof on muddy or snowy days)
a thick jacket, and on especially cold days, gloves, hat, and snowpants
extra snack
water bottle on days we leave the school
*many kids haven't been coming with snacks, or the appropriate clothing to stay outside on a cold day. It's not always snowy, but it is often pretty chilly and we don't always have access to the gym inside*
 
As always, we prioritize safe and consistent care with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:15. With my second counselor Finn, we can take up to 30 students!
