Try Wrestling for Free!- Glenwood Springs Youth Wrestling
Season 3 is coming! Wrestling is a great sport full of lessons in work ethic and accountability. Your little ones will come home after a significant energy release with contact and conditioning that will leave them feeling accomplished and deeply settled. We've measured this in our young athletes and know the formula for having fun and leveling up!
Parents will love the consistency, timing, and reasonable amount of travel for matches and tournaments.

We will look for one additional tournament for a total of 3 competitions this year. We will also seek out at least one scrimmage locally. Please understand these tournament dates have not yet been released, so that information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
Notes:
Returning and New Wrestlers are welcome. Ages 6-12, with consideration for older Wrestlers to attend as Coaches in Training. Practices will include wrestling, light weight training, and running/conditioning. Wrestling shoes required (We have 6-8 pairs to share.). Headgear optional but recommended.
Option to arrange rides to and from practice with Coach Canady. We will be glad to transport from TRCS to GSHS and can deliver Athletes safely home in GWS and on the way up 4-Mile Creek Road, especially stopping in the SES neighborhoods. If this service helps your family efficiency twice a week, I am happy to do it.
Option to commit to one day per week, either Tuesday or Thursday, especially for younger Wrestlers. We have 20 spaces.
Please share this opportunity and encourage others. Wrestling is an excellent learning opportunity for kids, and we have a unique opportunity to build this community and culture in Glenwood Springs.
Lastly, please do not let enrollment cost be a barrier. We will readily offer free or reduced Team memberships.
