Yellowstone/Teton National Parks- Summer 2026
The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE) is one of the largest intact temperate forest ecosystems on Earth and is famous for Grizzly Bears, Bison, Wolves and an abundance of wildlife.
June 8-June 12. This is the first week off from school and will include 4 nights and two meals per day, while students should bring snacks and funds for the nearby stores and restaurants.
This trip is intended for Biology and Ecology minded kids who will thrive over four nights and two days that of 7h 44 minute drives from Two Rivers Community School to sites 79 and 81 in the famous Signal Mountain Campground. Our sites were carefully selected for privacy, and wind/sun protection. Signal Mountain Campground has excellent views of the Teton Range across Jackson Lake!
Please contact bencanady7@gmail.com to inquire. Early planners rejoice! :)
We are currently planning a full itinerary and will publish detailed lesson plans and learning targets for mornings and afternoons every day.
As always, we can arrange free/reduced enrollment for this trip, most likely for students enrolled in the full MTN School Summer roster.
